This book hit The New York Times and Sunday Times bestseller lists. Don't let its size deter you - it's an absolute page turner that will have you reading into the small hours. The story begins as an unusual and challenging crime investigation to solve what has been coined 'the perfect murder'. The central character is a mysterious figure, a former US spy who is brought out of retirement to help solve the murder case. The devastating events of 9/11 have just occurred, changing the rules of the game for everybody. This is very much a 21st century thriller that is centred on an unspeakable act of terror. It soon becomes a chilling race against time, taking the reader on an action-packed, fast paced journey from New York to Istanbul, Paris to Afganistan, Saudi Arabia to Germany. A great holiday read.
Saint Urban, Richmond
What a great local! From the owners of the infamous Punch Lane, this restaurant finally brings a stylish eating experience to Richmond. Lots of thought and time has been put into this establishment and it's paid off. Great menu, wine list, and the interior is urban cool. Love this place. Our favourites: sticky lamb ribs, haloumi with wild figs, pork loin, & the barramundi fillet. Every dish was a winner, and to finish it off we ordered the old favourite - Affogato with vanilla bean ice-cream and your choice of liqueur. We'll be back - this was definitely a crowd pleaser.
